I have known about my father's affair, but my 16yo brother just found out. How do you handle this situation?

I have known about his off & on affairs with other women. My mother has found out a couple times, but believes he is now a changed man. He holds a high position at church, donates time and money to church and charities, and supports our family to the best of his abilities.

I am not resentful. I have come to terms with his "problem." But my younger, 16 year old brother, who is sheltered, innocent, VERY naive, called me today sobbing about what he discovered He found this out accidentally while using my father's computer and looked at the history log. He has found out that my father is a member of an adult, friend-finding website, and has even double checked the creditcard billing name and address. He has read through all the inbox/outbox messages - there is nothing to cover up.

I do not know how to handle this situation - I do not want to cause anymore grief to my family, ie, would rather not mention this to my mother or father.

What would you do?

Hi sorry to say this but what a hypocrite your father is when he holds such a high position in the church..
I feel for your bro as finding out all this info would be devastating to him ,personally this whole issue needs to come out of the closet for all to see in family.
Sounds like your Mom is very understanding for all your sakes and your Pop needs to come to a place where he needs to be totally honest , as being such a god fearing person, err hemm *cough *cough
