I'm a Paralegal Student - How do i handle this?

the dept chair is a lawyer. I only have 4 more classes left to get my degree. I had a meeting with him and he flat out LIED and said i asked him to "bend the rules." I didn't ask him that. Not even close. I called him a liar to his face via email and i aslo wrote a long complaint to his boss, the dean. He wrote back a bunch of really stupid letters that pretty much sounded good but were full of ****, so i picked apart each one and mailed it back. I was NOT nice either. Now I have four classes left, and two of them HE TEACHES. how am going to get through this program w/ out him flunking me on purpose? Thanks ???

Hmm! I wish you would have thought of this before you did all the things that you did. However, what type of tests does he give? If they are multiple choice and true and false then he will have to pass you. On essay tests he can be more subjective. On the other hand, he might also be proceeding with caution. Try and smooth things over the best you can.

If you are such a hothead and are going to go off on people with such wreckless abandon for a minor misplacement of the truth in a way that jeapordizes you so seriously - I'm not so sure law is the best avenue for you to persue, considering the fact that when you deal with legal issues - you deal with liars all the time.
