90' eclipse hiccups and deccelarates?

i have to step on the clutch and it brings it back to normal for a bit and it keeps jerking me back and forwards. I had two mechanics look at it, one changed the "idle air compressor" i think thats what its called, and it continued. The next one changed my fuel pump, and its still the same. what can i do?

this sounds like a load sensing issue, either the Mass air flow, or the MAP sensor, i am not sure which that car has
