Can someone tell me why this is happening..i'm confused..do these people care about me?

can someone tell me their honest opinion about this? last year, my cousin from india came to america to take a course for his job. his course was two weeks long. he wanted to come to california for a day, but then he couldnt. i went to visit him and spent three days with him. towards the end of his trip, he kept asking and persuading me to visit india in december, but then i got busy and i didnt go. during that time, i was learning driving. i got my licence a week after he went back to india. i sent him an email and he replied many congrats on getting your getting Driving License. now we know you can drive us around when we are there. when i saw his reply, i thought he was joking, but then he asked me are you guys planning to visit india???. i didnt reply him until i talked to him in august. then in november, my sister went to india for her job. when my cousin met her. he called me and said he was looking forward to seeing me too.

then i told him i got busy, and he said "omg! everyone is busy. then towards the end of april, he calls me and says they might visit me end of may/beginning of june and asked if i was going to be available. do u think the only reason why he wants to visit me is because i can drive them around. is it true that when people from india visit the usa, they go out of their way. my mom wanted him to visit california, but then he got busy and couldnt.

I wouldn't jump to any conclusion.. until he gets here..

just play it by ear.. and perhaps u can go to visit him..

Sounds like he's very glad to have family and wants to make the most of it. Quit always looking for an ulterior motive in everyone and just enjoy your life!

Sounds to me like he was joking... he was asking to visit before you got your license wasnt he? Take the time out to visit your family... You have a great reason to go to india...
