My Friend's Boyfriend?

Oh god. I am completely and totally in love with my friend's boyfriend. I usually don't fall this hard or this fast, because I can be so picky with guys.
But with this guy, its like-so beyond a crush. He and her-well, he isn't her boyfriend. They have never gone out. Its just sort of-a given? The boy-lets call him...James, is so amazing. He isn't that cute-he is blonde, nicely built, but not one of those "wipethedrooloffyourchin" sort of guys. But we have so much fun together. He is my best guy friend, and after my friend *his...girlfriend?* (lets call her.....Vivi) I am his best girlfriend. We can chat for hours. I look forward to being with him so much.
But he and her have made out already, and..its complicated. I don't think he would EVER do anything to hurt her. He and I are really close friends, so its not even really flirting. When we watch movies, he puts his head in my lap, whatever. But thats just how it works. I don't know what to do. I want to be with him so badly, but..

But he is hers. And I love Vivi. I never ever ever want to hurt her. I know that the second I make a move on James, I will regret it so bad. I know its just hormones. I know its just immaturity.
And yet-I am totally frizzed about this guy. I get so bubbly when he is around, and I just want to brush shoulders with him, or hold his hand.
I don't know what I want.
I don't want to be the ***** who steals her friend's boyfriend.
I don't want to be the girl who hurts Vivi (who, btw, is the nicest girl on the planet.)
I don't want all my other friends mad.
But I don't want to let this guy get away.
I am moving at the end of the year.
That leaves me one month to make or break this.
Please tell me what to do.

Don't do it, it will hurt your freind. Talk to her about it.

Id have to agree with Texas on this one, sit her down at her house, get her a drink of water and confess, that you sadly and unwillingly have fallen for her guy, explain your feelings, not too much in depth, talk about it.

Another option, if you have good contact with a responsible adult, a parent or just friend/family, talk to them first, ask their advice, they know you, and we dont, so its hard to comment on what the cause and solution could be.
