Who should I believe? My man or his ex?

Ok, my man has a babby momma. We have been together for about a year, she never caused any conflict between us Ive never met her until recently. She called my phone and told me he was still trying to get together with her and she had all these text messages. I asked her to forward them to me so she sent them. My phone did not show them as forwarded so I don't know if she wrote them & sent them to me or what, but I do know that the messages sounded just like him & what he would say. She said that he cheated on her and she does not want to get back with him but he keeps begging her. I brought it too his attention & he somewhat convinced me it's not true, but my mind keeps wondering. We are always together, he always take gret care of me buys me gifts and treats me wonderful. He said " Don't you think if I was trying to get with her I would be calling her all the time, visiting her at work, or buying her roses etc..." Good point but I don't know who to believe. I am so torn right now.

Sounds like she was really hurt and still loves your man very much. This is why she is calling you... after all this time. Don't you think that if this was really going on, and for all this time, she would have called you sooner?

Please, take a minute every morning too look in the mirror at yourself. Complement yourself on the little things you have done right and the the good things you do for yourself. And thank yourself for the good people around you that do good things for you.
