Does he take me for granted? what should i do? help!!!?

ok well me and my boyfreind have been togethor for about a year but i feel like he always puts everyone and everything before me. We'l arange to meet up and then he calls at the last minute and says he has to babysit or is busy and won't be able to come till later.

I always just accepted it but then a few months ago we spent the day togethor and he said i could stay round his that night and we wouldnt have to get up till 11 the next day so we could have a nice lie in. I was really looking forward to it and we had a lovely evening togethor but then the next morning his mates rang him and asked him to go to the football pitch with them and he said yeh. This was about 9am and he then turned to me and was like oh right you'l have to go now.

I started crying and flipped at him
He seemed so shocked at how much it upset me and said he was so sorry and he'd never do it again. things were fine for a while but now he's started up his same old habbits again
I dont know what to do anymore!

when we're togethor we have such a great time and hes so sweet an always tells me how much he loves me, but i just feel like he puts everybody before me all the time! surley if you love someone that much you wouldnt do that to them?

I was once in a similar situation. In my experience those types of guys will never change. You dont want to be in a relationship where you are making all the effort to make the plans, and he simply blows them off. Try explaining to him that you dont need to see him ALL the time, but when you do make plans it is common deceny to keep them. He wouldnt ditch his mates plans, and you should be no different. If he doesnt understand this & it is upsetting you, id ditch him. Sometimes you cant change a person.

i think you should tell him that you feel he's acting this way bc he might not even realize what hes doing, but if you talk to him about it and he keeps dong it tell him to get lost bc he doesnt deserve you.

He is starting a process that will break your heart. He is unreliable and has his priorities confused so find another who will put you first everytime.

You should tell him how you feel and see what he says and after that you guys should plan more time to spend together and if he cant come then i guess well he's just not thr right guy 4 u.

as what u described, he's been kinda selfish..that's not healthy for a relationship. you shud talk about this with him..
