Call forwarding my dorm phone? |
im rarely in my dorm during the day time due to my busy schedule but im expecting calls from people and i really dont want them to have my cell number. is there anyways to use call forwarding to forward my calls from my dorm phone to my cell phone and will it cost money? your local phone company will charge you for the feature. If a call from your dorm line to your cell # is a local call then chances are you will not be charged on a per call basis from your local telco. You will be charged mins off your wireless plan. If calls from your dorm line to your cell are billed as extended community or long distance calls then every time someone calls your dorm # and you receive the call on your cell you will be billed those calls just as if you dialed them yourself, off of your dorm line....plus the mins come off your wireless plan. |
