What's the best cure for a hangover ?

..........call it forward planning ( hic ). Cheers.

I assume you don't mean your thinking ahead to the 21st. Unless it's to drown your sorrows.

I have found that drinking water before you go to sleep (or pass out) helps a lot. if its too late, I would do the following:

1. take something for the headache (like ibuprofen)
2. drink lots of water/sports drink (hydration is what you need)
3. eat something whether you are hungry or not.

Drink lots of water and sports drinks before you go out, then again when you get up the next morning. Alcohol tends to dehydrate you, that is what causes the 'hangover'. The easiest way to not get a hangover is to not drink, but that doesn't work for me either. Enjoy your evening

before you go to sleep the night of, take 2 asprin and drink 1 bottleof water... you wont even have a hangover the next day

if you already have one... eating, drinking water or coffee, sleeping, are the only cures
