IPL is not welcomed by Australian supporters why?

Few call it micky mouse cup and others are waiting for the tournament to end but where as their Heroes are full of praise and looking forward for the next edition of IPL with their mouths open.
It is pleasing to see their cricketers wagging their tails and running behind their Indian bosses.

The best thing happened to cricket is IPL ,the entertaining cricket.
When CSK was playing I was in Chennai and I felt by 8pm the whole Chennai has gone standstill and all the streets deserted as if it is a bandh and I have not witnessed any thing like this in my life.
It is a game larger than life and seeing is believing and today I respect cricket IPL.
Now IPL is a dream of all cricketers in the world to play or be a part of this amazing T20 b'coz this is the best form of cricket and the future of cricket.
Accept it or let them blow their own trumpet now it is proved IPL is cricket and BCCI acts and others talk.
Every cricketer has a price and India rules.

I think the Aussies supporters are jealous because IPL is not happening in their country! IPL is a superhit and who cares about those Aussies supporters! But I would also like to thank those one in a million Aussies who are liking IPL of India!

India is great & India loves cricket! And IPL is the best league........ It's not at all a mickey mouse cup.....it's a great tournament and players from all around the world are excited for playing in it. And by the way the overseas players are under the Indian captains in IPL bcoz they want money and they are quite happy playing in IPL....i think everyone should remember this!

of course they love it, they get great money to roll the arm over and to have a slog (as chris cairns said about joining the ICL) but for me i dont really accept T20 as a cricket format, to me its purely about test cricket, if our players are doing well in T20s then thats fine, ODIs well if we start losing afew and not playing that form so well then it not the end of the world. i think Test cricket is what matters most australian supporters for the skill factor is higher for one, as you have to make the best of your skills for the longest period of time

any batsman can slog afew runs in T20, but only quality can make test match runs

EDIT: hey super, using the case of andrew symonds, in his position if someone was gonna pay $1.5 million to bowl 4 overs a match then have a slog, then i would sure as hell go as well! quick and easy money, hell i'd have done it!
