Would you be upset if your wedding dress fitting was postponed?

Would you be upset if your wedding dress fitting was postponed by another month since you have already waited for a month and need to wait two all together.

Was so looking forward to my bridal fitting this week and they called to postpone my fitting for another month. Haven't seen my dress in fabric yet. They had to postpone since some women have gotten themselves pregnant and had to put their wedding forward. IT is just not fair!

DO you think that i have a point to be upset?

I would be upset. They should work a little overtime to get you in. A dress fitting should not really take that long anyway. They should be able to get you in especially since you have already made an appointment. Have you asked them if they are going to give you a discount because of all of these delays?

I don't think it is right that they are effecting your wedding as a result of others responsibilities. I think more reputable companies would tell the brides that they had previous women to help.

Initially no, I wouldn't be too upset as long as I had enough time for alterations, another fitting and have it done right before the wedding date. But since this is a result of poor management of the company...yes I would be upset.

I would definately be disappointed initially as the dress fitting is very exciting but if I had plenty of time and wasn't getting close to the wedding I wouldn't be too worried. These emergencies come up and some times some dresses will take priority if they are required quickly all of a sudden. Just think it could have been your dress that was needed urgently, how would you feel if you were then told that they couldn't see you urgently as there were other customers who already had appointments.
Sometimes these things happen and we have to not let them get us down but just go with it.
