Family Guy Episodes for iPod?

I decypted my Family Guy DVD so I could convert my favorite to my iPod, I selected the file I wanted, knowing it was the last episode on that disc (file name was called VTS_02_8.VOB) but after the conversion at it was loaded into iTunes, there wasn't any picture, just a grey and pink screen and the audio was like it was on fast forward. Does anyone know how to just select the episode you want so it will work being converted, or is there any other way around it?

itunes cannot read the mpeg2 video...it's probaby not able to read a .vob directly.

you'll need something like dvd-decrypter or smartripper...these will let you select which titles/chapters you want to rip so you can pick episodes..you'll also need a dvd-to-ipod conversion program. there are several that exist.

iPod can only support mpeg4 video. When you insert the DVD into computer, you can't directly convert the VOB file.

As the guide said, you can click 'Load DVD' and select the episode you want to convert.

You need to make the video is mp4 format for iPod. If not, you may try some third party software. I recommend Cucusoft DVD to iPod Video Suite to convert DVD movie and convert videos in any format to iPod. It is the fastest converter I have used. You can download this software free from here
