F**K the bull sh*t of my parents...?

my step dads a lazy bastard that only used my mom to get citizenship, and all of these yeas never worked...he claims that the house that we ow live in is his and that hes gonna kick me out, hes called the cops on me before, and i was arrested (i flipped for the first time in my life and grabbed a 30 or 40 pouind dinner chair and busted it through the door )..so again fast forward, they finnally got divorced, and he told my mom that for $15k hell leave the house n leave us alone...so my mom paid him n everything...all was going GREAT! but 1 month later hes back, my mom says its until he gets back on his feet, but its been 3 months know n he still doesnt have a job, or pay for anything...everytime i ask my mom whens hegonna leave she gets mad at ME! and yesterday i cursed the living SH*T out of him, and he goes crying to my mom telling her wat i called him...now guess what, my moms mad at me! he cursed back at me with a couple of low blows, yet shes still cooking him dinner?! wat do i do

i forgot to mention that im 16 turning 17 in july, and planing on going to university in sept. but i dont curse at my mom, only at my POS step dad

Damn that really sucks. What you need to do is get yourself together. Are you in school? If so graduate and get a degree so that it would be easier for you to get a job and support yourself.

As for your mother. I don't know why she hasn't kicked him out. If I were her, I wouldn't let him back in my life, let alone give him 15K for him to leave; ESPECIALLY if he doesn't work.

It's up to you to change your life. So what's it going to be?

Edit: There really isn't anything you can do for your mother... unfortunately. If she hasn't learned that this guy is using her by now, she'll never learn. However, you shouldn't have to pay the consequences for her decision. That's why you have to make moves and get out of this situation as soon as you can before you do something you might regret later (well maybe you wont, but you might go to jail). You don't want to be penalized because of who your dad is.

Edit: Your still in high school, well that's even better. You can go to college and stay on campus. That's four years of not dealing with this Sh*t (except during the summer) if he stays that long. So for now, try to avoid him so you do anything stupid (if you know what I mean).

That sucks bro i went threw almost the same thing when i was in High school. i gave my mom a choice between me or him and she chose him so i packed up and moved in with my uncle and havent looked back. you got to do what is right for you try talking to your mom if that dont work see if u can find someone to move in with tell things settle down

Stay out of it. Minimize your interaction with the guy, and if you can, move out of the house altogether. It's something they have to work out on their own - it's their life and their relationship.
