Do you believe in those Dream Dictionaries? Could it be possible that we all have the same symbols in our?

dreams? Or do you think they're just silly?
I drempt I was having a really nice party in the yard, then someone called me and said "no one I know makes Shrimp Cocktail better than you, can I send over a new waitress and you show her how?" Ha ha, funny-
According to this dictionary, the party and the shrimp symbolized improving/desire to improve social life, and the job offer meant changes to come...... this is all very poinient (sp)in my life right now.... I'm unemployed, looking forward to the future and looking forward to the Summer, maybe the dictionary is right, what do you think?

No, personally, I don't believe dream dictionaries are accurate. We're all different and have different backgrounds and teachings from our childhoods. So, if dreams are an allegory each of our allegories would be different. Don't you think?

I believe the same symbols in dreams can have different meanings for different people. Perhaps shrimp means something small & insignificant to someone else. Perhaps it means gourmet food & therefore success to another, or a desire to go fishing.

I don't believe that we all share the same symbols. The answer to your dreams really lies within you. I have learned to interpret my own dreams by being honest with myself and not looking for outside sources to answer my dreams.

i wonder that too, sometimes i want tolook up what i dream but im scared, what if it means something bad, so i just rather not know.
