I've been dating this guy for about 3 months now and everything has been going good but?

I've been dating this guy for about 3 months now and things seem to be going good. But, he has some relationship issues. He was in a 8 year relationship with his ex and that ended badly. Fast forward to me. He says that he thinks about me all the time, he cares about me, he likes me alot and all that great stuff. We spend time on the weekends and hang out with his friends. But, as we are getting close, he said " I don't want you catching feelings for me?" I was left dumbfounded. He's the one letting me stay at his house, meeting all of his friends, calling me his girl but doesn't want me to catch feelings for him. I know he's going through some stuff right now, but what doesn't it mean when a guy says " Don't catch feelings for me"? Should I give this guy his walking papers or have some patience? I really like him but I don't want to madea fool of

That's really silly of him to say that...after 3 months 2gether you definitely will start catching feelings...if he is still going through things concerning his ex that's crazy also...y get into a relationship if you're still going through things that are dealing with a past relationship...you should let him know that you've already caught feelings for him so what is he going to do about that...then you go from there...be up front with him about it...as long as he is up front with you about it also

He's gun shy from past experiences. you have to be careful with your feelings and give him time or you will get hurt.
