Do you think she is reconsidering things?

Since my ex and I broke up, she has been very hostile toward me-- for about 4 months. She has accused me of trying to mess things up with her new gf, which I am not. But in the past week, she has been really different. She has called me at least once a day and she left me a note to thank me for all the stuff I have been doing around our house-- we still live together.
She even said she was looking forward to seeing me after work.
We said we wanted to stay friends. Do you think she is just making more an a "friendly effort" or do you think that she might be reconsidering the relationship?
I don't want to ask her because I don't want to push her one way or the other even though I love her more than anything and want her back.

it sounds like she's reconsidering the relationship, but if i were you, i wouldn't.

there was a reason you guys broke up, yes? not saying that things can't change and that there's no way you should ever give her another chance, but how long ago did you break up? if it was less than a year, don't expect ANYTHING to be different from your last round.

and if she was hostile to you afterwards? for any amount of time... that's a big red flag that says in big bold letters "AVOID THIS ONE"
