Did your ex-spouse play around with weekend visitation just to mess with your head?

I love my two kids, and have Monday through Friday custody of them per our recent divorce agreement, but I was looking a bit forward to this weekend, as it's the last one I can spend with my now-girlfriend (and formerly the family au pair), Krystka, who is heading back to Poland on Monday -- possibly leaving me forever.

Frankly, and while I feel guilty admitting this because I do cherish my children, this was the last weekend when I could have unfettered, crazy lovemaking -- possibly forever. (I also planned some extra romance in there, with the hopes that she鈥檒l come back someday.)

My wife had called me earlier today and asked if I could switch up Saturday-Sunday with her for "two future days to be determined," because she "totally forgot" that she was scheduled to see her ailing mother this weekend in Alachua County.

I feel bad about this, but I almost suggested she take the kids -- then I quickly realized that her step-uncle Bo, who lives in the same trailer complex, is a registered sex offender.

So, I guess, instead of sweaty ecstasy this weekend, I'll take the kids to the park and maybe to see some local theater (a Kabuki troupe is in town), while my wife allegedly goes to Alachua County (she had known about this last weekend with Krystka, as my wife鈥檚 the one who had called the au pair agency to get Krystka deported).

Does your ex-spouse play with visitation to mess with your plans? Should I feel guilty that I had felt a little disappointed because my wife couldn鈥檛 take the kids this weekend?

You're starting to whinge and beetching too much about the Ex!!! Let go of the angst you think your wife is putting you through, don't let it get to you, get on with living the next chapter of your life, either with or without the nanny, or the ex for that matter.

You can still have your unfettered, crazy lovemaking sessions with Krysta when the kids are sleeping, or get a quick ******** in the closet or the public loo at the Zoo that should add a bit more bang into your last weekend.

Anyway, how do you Claire's mother isn't sick?

Why don't you hire a sitter for the kids for the weekend? Or better yet, tell her she should.
