Does she want a serious relationship with me?

Please girls THIS IS CONFUSING! I have known this girl for 5 months as she was a workmate until she moved jobs recently. We get on really well and she knows i like her and vice versa. Before a recent night out she texted me saying she was looking forward to seeing me. After the night out with workmates we were drunk and ended up kissing, we also greet eachother by kissing on the lips and she did this the next morning when she called around to go out to get some breakfast with one of the other girls who went out who stayed at hers, so I dont think she regretted kissing the night before. Also on the night out she initiated holding my hand during the night and was rubbing the bottom of my back under my t-shirt. The problem is that she may leave it for three of four days before contacting me and dosn't seem too enthusiastic about dating regularly, but she will date, as we've been on a few dinner dates which went really well which she enjoyed. I just dont know if she wants a relationship or not as both signs are there so clearly.

well if you want some advice when you next go out on a date just tell her that you really like her and would like to start dating(most woman like upfront guys) if she likes you she will say it back if not she will just change the subject or go silent for a while then reply. Hope i helped.
