Call Forwarding shut off?

if i have call forwarding turned on on a cell phone but now I can't turn on the cell phone how do I turn off the forwarding?

The only option would be to call into customer service, get transferred to tech support, and have them turn it off in the switch.

If it is a GSM phone, find someone with the same carrier or who has an unlocked phone, pop your sim card in for a minute and turn it off.

Or buy another phone, but that is the most expensive option....
