Can girls ask for booty calls?

I've been seeing this guy off and on for 6 weeks. Just friends with benefits and that's it. Lately we haven't seen each other because he is in love with his ex, who is thousands of miles away, and she contacted him which freaked him out. So he has been kind of a mess. Last I talked to him he said he was going to move forward and move on. She doesn't want to get back together.

So my question is this, I miss the sex, I want a booty call, I made it clear to him last time we talked that I just wanted sex and nothing else. Saturday he was drunk and said he wanted sex but apparently was to drunk to make it to my place.

What's my next move? Does it really matter if all I want is sex? Can I text him and ask him when he is going to come over and get busy? What guy would say no, right?
