I made a very good FRIEND over the internet from England. He said that he was going to come and visit the?

United States in August and I was looking forward to speaking with him. He called on the phone and spoke with my husband, so that my husband did not think anything was going on, however, after that phone call I have not heard from him and I know that my husband can be a jerk more often than not when it comes to other men, but I made the off handed comment that not every man on the planet wants to screw me. Do you think that this sort of comment would offend someone from England. I know that we are suppose to speak the same language, but it is quite clear that we do not.

Sorry let me clarify, yes he has always known I was married, we have spoken for quite some time and we always sign correspondence "forever friends" and he is married as well. Maybe that will give you some insight.

Im english and I dont think he would have found it offensive, did he know you were married from the start? Perhaps you hit the nail on the head with him and when he found out you were married, he didnt bother you again as he might have wanted to as you put it "screw you".
