Why do people think that LIFE in America will save them from poverty???

any comments will do...and any questions will be answered...if you need an advice will give it to you too..nothing personal just base on my experiences here in the what they call "Land of the Freedom"or "Land of Opportunities"...looking forward to it...:-)

Speaking for what I know among Filipinos dreaming to leave for America (or any foreign country for that matter), America will open door for opportunities to earn a living. And the mathematics is that what they earned is multiplied almost 5 times (at least in the not so distant past before US recession) if sent back home. And being homesick is more than compensated by the good life they may be able to afford for the loved ones left behind. It is truly sad to be uprooted from ones family but it is even more sad if most everyone gets hungry and deprived of the good things in life.

Amercians aren't free; can't visit a neighbor: Cuba.
They have to be a terrorist, or get pres permission.
Being under such 'rule of law' is intellectual poverty.
Intellectual poverty is worse than financial poverty.

Book of Romans in Bible notes things twice,
for both Jews and Gentiles differeth not:
- ye/we are not under the law, but under grace.

Galatians clarifies it, for bewitched churches:
- not under the law if led of the Spirit (Grace)

So then, America isn't being led of the Spirit,
And only the Spirit giveth LIFE that lasts

Galatians 3:
O foolish Americans, who bewitched you?

You keep saying God bless America,
thinking God is Law, when God is Grace.
There is no law at all in the God of all grace.
