How do u know if someone is mad at you?

my last trip to india was in december 2003..in july of 2007, one of my cousins from india was here in the usa taking a course for his job..i met him after 31/2 years and spent three days with him before he went back to india..he asked me about my vacation time and asked why i dont visit india..towards the end of his trip, he kept persuading and asking me to visit..a week after he went back to india, he asked me to send him an email..he replied asking if i was planning to visit, but i didnt reply....my sister had to go to india for her job..my cousin asked me to send him her contact info, he replied saying hope you guys are able to come with her, but i didnt reply back..on the day my sister went to his place, he called me and said he was looking forward to seeing me as well, then i told him i got busy then he said omg! everone is busy..then he said we'll see when you get vacation..is my cousin mad at me for not going to india

i called them for new year's and surprisingly no one asked when i'm coming..my cousin did ask my mom when i can come and she said during my holidays..she told him i have vacation in june/july..i wrote to my cousin for a religious holiday and he didnt ask either..maybe they are mad at me..do u think they still want me to visit

Sometimes that let u no right off the bat.. and others hint.. and some well.. they never tell you..
until they just can't handle it anymore,.. and then.. they blast u..

so it is hard to tell.. it all depends on their personalities..
