My friend is in a sticky situation with two girls. Any advice for him?

Okay. I have a friend - I'll call him Chris - that I know online. He has friends in real life as well, along with a girl with a legendary temper that I'll call Megan. I also have another friend - I'll call her Sarah - that I know online. We're (Chris, me, and Sarah) BFF's through the computer. We talked for about 7 months, and then Sarah tells me that she likes Chris. Thing is, Sarah's 12 and Chris is 16, and Sarah hasn't had any luck at all with guys she's like before, but I agree to her request to drop hints. Chris isn't exactly the sharpest one in the box, but he's still pretty smart, and he asks me what's going on, and I tell him I can't say anything. He's annoyed by this. But I'm off the computer for a week, and I come back, and they are together. (Like, online dating.) But as I continue having conversations with them, I'm beginning to see that this is partly one-sided. Chris still likes Sarah as a friend, but not the way she likes him. He doesn't tell me this straight-forward,

I asked him about it and he said that at first it was a favor and then she told him how much she liked him, and he didn鈥檛 know what to do.
