What does this tell you ? THIS IS A SERIOUS QUESTION PEOPLE!!?

ok , i saw a ghost about a year ago while i was at my pc .

i had a eyelash in my eye and i got my mirror only to find a man with greyish skin , wearing a white gown and he had gingerish/blondey hair walk right behind me and he didnt look at me , just forward...

when i was like 6 (im 13 now ) i saw a man looking at me through my mothers bedroom window i described him to my parents to look like uncle fester from the admas family , the funny thing is i NEVER EVER saw the adams family till i was 8.

latley i feel im not alone , even as im typing this i can feel a presence..

should i be scared ?? and what should i do ?

please no melodramitic things like "move house " or "call a priest" because if i told my dad that he would ask my doctor about my mental health ....

so please but reasonable answers

The unfortunate thing is, no one ever knows anymore. The line between what is supernatural and what is simply mental illusions or paranoia is quite thin. However, I do not believe that you have anything to be afraid of. At least, do not be afraid of the "person" that you saw in your mirror, because that may have been either an illusion created by mistakingly identifying objects in your room at a quick glance, or it might be a spirit, I do not know for certain. But I may suggest that you should be concerned and aware of the person outside of your window, because he may just be a perverted peeping Tom.

OK do you shiver when you feel his prensence if you do that is a sign that he is just letting you know he is there u should not be scared cuz all they want to do is observ not harm anyone unless its an omen but i highly doubt that anyway if you do tend to get scared he should go away because he is sensing ur fear also see if anyone before u that lived in that house died maybe the person haunting u is one of the owners that used to own ur house also did any1 in ur family die that can be them

ghosts (even evil ghosts) cant hurt a human when you saw the ghosts you were most likey either very upset, angery inside or u had just done a good deed and as for the one in your childhood man children can see ghosts, itsnothing too worry about.
