What to do now guys;????????

so lets start...i was really into that woman working at the same office with me..she is really cute and i liked her really much..so one day i decided to make a move and walked up to her,hugged her from behind and made a "ahhhhh" sound so she really could know that i am full into her.
what happened than?well,she was very nervous,she run away and looked at me with a angry face!!!!!she called me a donkey!!and my boss told me that he will fire me if i ever do something like that again...!
so ,thats said,i asked a good buddy of mine for advice.i always ask him for advices...(he is a real casanowa)he really knows how to comminicate with women and always has a lot to say about this topic.....he told me that i was far to"forward" and that i should slow down my movements.
after i have heard that i searched the internet for dating sites and seduction sites....i studied female pyschology for 2 months..i became a more confident guy.

i have learned that women needs to know the details about men before they date them.....and that they dont want to go in a relationship so fast...that they love gentle moves and cuddling before sex........i was very fascinated with the mind of women after i have read this stuff.
so there is a cute woman living in my street...i see her every day walking by my house...(i think she goes to work)...tomorrow i want to make a move...but this time i will first gentle playing with her hair than with her nipples....so i hope this will make her hot for me...all the sex will come later...(i hope so)

if you haven't apologized to her yet do so as soon as possible and if she forgives you quietly tell her that you would like to get to know her better
if she tells you to go away leave and don't go back as any other moves are hers

forget about the hair and nipples, at least for now. talk.girls like to talk . intelligent one like to go more into a depth conversation,thats how they get to know you.
and when i say talk, doesnt mean one day or few min of hours, its until they comfortable and trust you.

WOW! I def would not have done that! That is enough to scare any woman. I would play it cool for a while! Let her see that your an awesome person. Then, when the time is right, mention going to a movie or taking her to dinner. DO NOT just come out and say "Do you want to go to dinner?" Just bringing it up, you will see if she wants you to ask her out.
