I think it is a bit too soon. I'm not saying that you are a scary person, or that you will stalk her, LOL, but i definitly think you should wait a bit, and let it sit with her for a while The worst thing i guy could do it call the very next day, and express how much he likes her. She might get a bit freaked out. (No Offence)

I would find it weird if the guy was gushing, but would be flattered if he didn't come on TOO strong. If you just call and say something like, "Hey I had a great time last night and just wanted to ask if you would like to have dinner with me this Saturday night?"
