Once you contact the phone company they may have various options. You can have all calls forwarded at all times after a certain amount of rings, they may have an option that when leaving your office before you leave you'll dial a number and follow the instructions to have the calls forwarded (and vice versa when you return in order to stop it), or you can have the calls forwarded automatically between two time peroids.
