How long does it take for an empl visa once the docs are forwarded to the co? it's been a month?

i got a job in dubai. and I forwarded my documents on 06th feb 2008 for visa processing, but when i call them they only tell me it's under process. how long does it take for a work visa ? they only tell me it wil come in next week since last 2 weeks. they say they can't even find out the status. can i find out in any way as i need to know if my visa is really under process. this co is anta tours n travels.

the ONLY thing you can do is continued call for status,or refer to the company offering you.
