What does it mean when HR admits some of your claims have been partially supported and the others are not? |
I got wrongfully terminated from my dreamjob a month ago, 3 days before I joined the union. I reported some harassment claims that the company was privy to before she fired me. Not that it was my fault, but if They were going to do an investigation, Why could they not have suspended me or given me a leave? Why fire me? im dying to get my job back. Its a long story, so I dont wanna bore you with the details...lol. I plan to fight it legally if they do not cooperate. All i want is my job back. But their Hr investigators called me the other day and said that the investigation was complete. My claims have been partially supported, but not fully by any means. HR will forward the report to the necessary individuals and the leaders will call me back with more info and what to do from there. Could this be a good sign? Do you think I could get my job back??!! I know no one can say for sure, but what are all of your opinions? Contact your county job center and ask them to help you. I think if HR forces your manager to rehire you, you will be fired for some supported cause within 6 months. Are you really sure you want to force someone to hire you? |
