Ive asked this twice but i havent gotten ANY answers...PLEASE PLEASE ANSWER!!!?

ok well my guy-friend used to like me and i used to like him but it never got anywhere....he says he doesnt like me but im not sure...
we talk online A LOT which i know isnt nesscessarily a good thing but he like "online flirts" a lot if that makes sense....but at school i dont see him much so we dont really talk that much in person.....but when i do see him he always pops up behind me and gently pushs me forward....i think he might like me but im not sure....he always says he wants to do something this week and that I should call him....but it never works out...i dont get why i always have to call him and he can never call me....i think he might still like me but im not sure.....when we do hang out its really fun....he told me he was going to ask me out but he said he had reasons and wouldnt say what...
some please help!

alright im going to try to answer your questions

1. yeah i think he still does like you its not that easy to turn feelings off that fast like he would of done.
2. my guy friend who i was in the same position with was the same way he always told me to call him. i think some of it was that he was trying to see if i really cared about him because if i did i would remember to call him and have no problem doing it. to see if he feels the same just say the same thing to him.
3. i have no idea why he wouldn't of asked you out the only reason i can give you and its teh same why i never asked my guy friend is because if yall are to break up it could ruin a friendship and maybe he is scared of loosing you.

There is no great answer to this question. He IS flirting with you, but he's also not taking it farther than that. Your best bet is to put him in the friend category (probably his loss) and move on.

Could he be gay and only likes you as a good friend??? If not, I would tell him you don't call guys and if he wants to talk he needs to call you. Maybe that will get the ball rolling.

He could be shy with his parents maybe his parents dont want him to have a girlfriend and hes trying to hide something from them.

That or he scared to talk to you like he might not know how you will respond if it is negative or positive he probly cares for you.

to be honest, your best bet is to tell him you don't want to see him no more and you can do better instead of hanging on and waiting for nothing because thats all you are doing.
