I met a girl at the library and noticed she was staring at me from afar. I didn't think much of it, but I came back and saw her a second time a while later, and she said hi to me and smiled and then I introduced myself and we talked and she seemed interested. Weeks go by and I see her again and I ask for her
number. I got it and then she didn't return my calls, so I moved on. Last night I saw her and said hi, and left the ball in her court. But before I was leaving she told me to wait up for her, and I did. And she told me she had called me back.....I don't think she did. Just being polite?

Anyways, she said she lost my number (felt bad about it) and I told her I didn't know if she was interested or not, so I didn';t have it anymore (im no stalker), so what happened next was.......I asked her if she wanted to do something and she smiled and said she'd be busy, then she asked me what I was doing that night, and what I did all day that day. I told her I was relaxing (had minor

surgery) and she kind of laughed and smiled and said "We can do something during the day. I'm sure I'll see you here"

Then I asked if there's a way I can contact her and she said "You can call me". Was I forcing it, or was it fine? Then I felt the top of her foot touch mine briefly, and when I looked down she said "whoops, sorry about that". Is she flirting?

Then she gave it to me and we were smiling, and I dont know what came over me but she said "Do you remember my name"? and I said yeah, and told it to her, and for whatever reason(I felt it was "there", I leaned over and kissed her softly, but like when I moved toward her she slightly turned her mouth a little, but not too much. Then we both said hi to each other and acted nice like nothing happened.

I'm usually not that forward with a girl I haven't been going out at least once with, but ladies is it common for guys my age (late 20s) to overthink situations and come on too strong?

Do you think she minded? Or am I toast

Well, I had a similar experience as in a guy I was talking to leaned over and kissed me really quickly. I liked the guy, but did feel a little awkward, because I was not expecting it, and I did not know him well. Anyway, I told him so, and he felt bad... said he had never done such a thing before. I eventually got over it, and we did end up dating, we then became steady for about two years.
In short, I don't know if you blew it or not, from what you are saying, it doesn't look like it, but I guess the only thing you have left to do is give her a call and see what happens. If she acts strange, then you know it's the kiss. Explain to her what you have explained here, and I bet things will be ok.

i think that yew apparently have a strong connection to her, and maybe she does too, i wouldnt take it too far though, if ya'll were to get into a relationship an then like the next day get married an all that, then most likely ya'll aren't going to last a very long time, so i thank that ya'll should get to know each other and don't go too far because then that wouldn't be too good, well good luck because i hope that if ya'll do get together and sparks fly, then i wish yew the best!!!
