Why were Eagles and Hawks coming around me during and after my brother's death? What are they trying to say?

This is a weird question and I keep looking for logical answers and am not finding them. My newly found half brother (of 3 years) died. I got the call he was dying and made the trip of 200 mi. After Mel died (his wife and I were with him) I was coming home and I asked for a sign he was OK and a hawk swooped down by the river I stopped by. On the way home 2 more swooped my car; one actually went forward...in front of my car until the road turned. (Mel loved hawks). Three days later I made the trip back for his memorial. We cremated him and his ashes will be spred in the Bering Sea and Mt Rainier.
After the funeral, going to his home, an Eagle paced me up the same river and circled. On my way home the next day I was completely blown away. I was travelling in silence and turned on Jim Pepper's Witchitai-to and at that moment an eagle swooped the car. On the way home I was privledged to see 7 eagles. They were all within 20-40 ft in the air. Not way up. 2 in a tree when rounded a corner!!

Signs from our beloved come in many ways. There is no reason or understanding. Just cherish them.

Maybe they have always been there, but now because your thoughts have shifted you are taking notice. Or maybe they provide comfort for you in some way and your Father in heaven knows this. I am sorry for your loss.

It's early spring. They are more active and visible this time of year every year.

Spend more time outside year around, you'll learn these things.

People can rationalie anything as they like. Your thoughts of looking for a sign has taken over your intellect.

You live in an area with a lot of hawks and eagles, and it's the time of year where a lot of birds travel, mate, etc.

And possibly that you've watched "Brother Bear" too much.
