Dont wanna be so straight forward what should i do easy points?

so theres this guy i have been dating for well over 3 months and i mean i like him but he tells me everything like litterly and most of it kinda grosses me out and i just dont like it i mean i appreciate the whole honestly thing but to a certain exstent and well i used to date this guy i was like "madly" as u may call it in love with him and he moved away and i just dont have that same vibe that i had before and i miss it i miss that feeling (and by no means do i mean sexually) and i really wanna break up with him but i dont know how and hes to stubborn to use words...is there anyways i can catch him in an act or something?

you just have to tell him that its not working out..tell him your at the pont in your life to where you have dated so much and now you just wanna be single again..tell him it has nothing to do with the way he is its just that you want to be alone and not date exclusively for a little while
if its meant to be you guys will find each other again..someday
