HELP! I am renovating a house for a friend. Problem is his daughter keeps calling in when I'm working alone.

She dresses a bit sexy and makes me cups of tea. This is ok, but lately she is a bit forward. She asks if I like how she looks, gets up real close, and strokes me while I'm working. I'm pretty sure I know what's going on. But it's impossible. Sunday she stood over me wearing a mini skirt while I was fixing the floor boards. She is really nice, and just 22 yrs old. I should be flattered I suppose. I'm only human after all.
But she is my friend's daughter and I am not in a position to let it carry on. Please, how can I ask her to cool it? I really do not want to hurt her in any way so I want to know what to say to her, in a kind way, so we can all remain good friends?
I would like some ladies advice really. Don't say tell her dad or tell me to be nasty to her. Those are non-starters!

!if you want her to cool off, then it's real easy! just ignore her completely, without saying anything. first of all, when she brings you coffee or before she makes it, tell her (without looking at her), that you have had yours or you brought it with you, in thermos, from home. secondly, by giving her attention or by looking at what she's wearing and using or accepting her help, you are basically suppporting her to succeed in her acts and plans. so if you just not look towards her in any way, and do not accept her offer to help, that will solve all the problems. she will realise that you are not responding, and she will slowly cool off!!!

don't give in at all...don't act a BIT interested! girls get embarassed and feel really needy and annoying when they keep bothering a guy and don't get a response. just try to avoid her and tell her 'sorry, i'm busy' and leave it at that. that way you're brushing her off in a casual way and hopefully she'll be embarassed enough to get a hint and stay away!
