MYSPACE Question: What To Put For The Links?

I made myself a pretty DIV Layout...
& I DO know how to code html and stuff.
So I just need help for the link button things.

Where do I get the links?
Can you give me the link things?
And where I put my friend ID just put xxxx or friend ID here or something like that..

If you answer my question expect best answer in 4 hours!

1. go to someone's myspace.
2. right click on a link they have > select copy link location (firefox) or copy shorcut (iexplorer)
you get something like http://messaging.myspace.com/index.cfm?f...
in this case its for emailing, remove the friendID numer and put your own in there.

alternatively, you can visit your own page with CSS styles turned off and use your own links provided by myspace default layout.
