My friends boyfriend forwarded his missed phone calls to my phone! How do I fix it?

Everytime my friends boyfriend misses a call the person that is calling him hears "please enjoy the music while your party is reached" instead of his voicemail and they end up calling my phone without actually dialing my number. He called me once as a restricted number as a joke and that seems to be when it started. Neither of us know what to do any advice as to what to do will help A LOT!!!

He can call his phone company and have them change who his calls are forwarded to.
