She won't return my calls and broke off the date unexpectedly?

Ladies and Gents...call me confused. This girl at work that I like found out a couple of weeks back that I told a buddy I thought she was kinda cute. She asks me out for a drink unexpectedly one day and I accept.

We set up a date on Sat and she said she wasn't going out Fri.

Fast forward here the weekend went like this:

Fri - Coworker is leaving so we all go out to celebrate his last with him and I run into her and a friend at the bar. We end up going back to her place for just a sleep over. Apparently we were all over each other at the bar that night. (Her fr

Sat: Date night....goes great...good convo etc.

Sun: She calls and we go out for drinks...get back to her place and ..home run :) .... and after that she's all talkative (I like you...meet my family.....this was great...)

Mon: We both call in sick to chill for a couple of hours...make plans for wed night.

Now: Wed she breaks off the date with a 4 word email and now wont return my call or text..what gives.

Also she wont even talk to me at work now either. I did find out she hasnt had a boyfriend in a number of years.

She is gorgeous and damn if this isn't the worst case of oneitis ever.

Why do women have to make finding someone so hard....aarrgghh!

ONLY she knows what is going on. Sure you will get a lot of answers, maybe some are what you want to hear and some may not be.

Best thing to do..... Just ask her, in a mature not threatening manner if she still wants to hang out with you. Be confident in yourself, and be direct in a nice way. Call her and ask her if she will meet you for lunch. I would refrain from emailing or texting this request. Maybe even just a quick cup of coffee to explain you thought things were going one way but her actions are saying something different.

If she won't answer her phone or call you back, then send 1 email. Yes only send 1. You and her both know she is reading it. Plus you don't want to seem like you are obsessing over her.

If she won't talk to you at all, just leave her alone. If you happen to run into her at work or elsewhere just smile nicely and walk away.

Try not to take it personally. Women freak out for no reason what so ever. I know, I happen to be one.

Just a guess, but it sopunds like she found out that you're a dog. Is it possible that she heard something negative about you?

She don't dig you. She sees right through you, where she feels like making love to a guy who calls making love a 'homerun!' was a huge mistake. And you are too persistent. She isn't ready for a relationship and you threw up all of the red flags a control freak throws up. Don't be so ambitious or overbearing next time. And for God's sakes don't call her a homerun.
