I think I have become Plan B!?

Supposed to be having the 'Dear One' over tonite (and was looking forward to it). But something inside me says its time to get the broom out and sweep things clean. After almost a year ... sad but true ...
Had Man Flu which meant he couldn't txt me or call me or let me know how things were, left me hanging basically. (a month ago) (he lives two hours away)...
Has let me down before now saying he was stuck in traffic and was over tired...
Last week came over to stay supposedly from Sat - Wed (but left Monday pm - (had a family matter to deal with).
Today... was supposed to come over, me take a day off and have a romantic day together (his idea). Last nite got a call... has headache and txt today saying he'd 'better rest'... YEAH RIGHT!!!
I am so f***ing angry at myself for being considerate all along... I have given him rope to hang himself I think.
This is a mature guy of 40... not some fickle kid. Doesn't it look like he's messin? Don't I have every right to be annoyed?

Why do you women do this to yourselves? The equation is simple (man not there+man doesn't care=man doesn't want to be there). Please stop wasting your time with him your emotions are gonna get way to caught up with him and he knows this. Do yourself a favor look in the mirror realize how beautiful you are inside and out and go find someone whom will love and appreciate you mentally and physically alright.

Yes, you do have a right to be annoyed! He 'has to rest' because he has a headache!? Honey, are you sure he is not seeing someone else, or worse, is married? Sounds to me like he is just using you and cannot be bothered to make an effort. I really don't see any point in carrying on with him, sounds like a waste of space to me.

Regardless of his age, this person is not a man. He is a boy with an inability to follow-through with his offers and promises. You should not feel obligated to suffer through this. Find yourself a more suitable match and leave this chump to his empty promises.
