i talked to cps about my dad Well the DA will determine if there is enough evidence for a trial. If there is, get ready for a slew of suppression hearings and trials and blah. I hope everything turns out OK for you. If you call your local police station they should be able to tell you who you can call to get this sort of information your in sme tough **** you'll probably have to testify They are going to bring him in and then you will have to testify against him in trial. But if your telling the truth you should be scared. If you lieing then you are in for it when they jurry finds him not-guilty. Interesting how everyone assumes it was your dad who is in trouble. You never say. Is it him, you, another person you both have knowledge of? Ya need to give up a little more info to get a good answer. |
