Elements of a story? ONLY ANSWER IF YOU'VE SEEN THE "MY CATALYST" EPISODE OF "SCRUBS" (tv sitcom)

ok so if you've seen the episode of Scrubs called "my catalyst" (the one where Dr. Casey comes into the hospital and although he has OCD he's like better than everyone else and everyone begins to question...) anyways... we watched it in english class and i'm wondering if you guys could help me out with identifying the elements "of the story", they are as follows:
- characters (got it)
- setting (got it)
- conflict (unsure... but i have an idea... plz help?)
- how does the conflict propel the plot forward (HELP ME :S)
- climax (i know what it is but not for this episode...)
- theme (NO CLUE for this?:S)

-conflict: struggle between the regular doctors to believe in Dr. Casey's obvious brilliance and results; in spite of his also evident OCD maybe?

-The regular doctors between to accept that Dr Casey's OCD isn't a deal breaker to his practicing medicine, it's a challenge to be overcome just like blindness; the similarity is whether blindness or OCD, their both challenges presented to one's body.

- climax: I know what other's would say but to me it was when Casey sat on the toilet... :)

- theme: I'd say the theme is a reminder that no matter how brilliant and accomplished we think we are; we can always stand to learn something, even from the most unexpected sources...
