Ii have a situation..boy + girL probLems! drama! heLp!!!?

okay, this is a long story, so i'll start from the beginning.

[btw ;; i'm not looking for a stupid reason why i'm too young to be dating, so please keep those comments to yourself! thanks :D]


seventh grade:
-me and cory started going out.
-i broke up with him for some stupid reason.
-we go out again.
-ONCE AGAIN, i make the stupid mistake of breaking up with him.
-cory and jayleen go out.
-i get REALLY jealous, and realize that i love him with all my heart. [mushy, but whatever]
-they break up, and then i try to be with cory again, but he doesn't want me back.
fast forward to eighth grade:
-jayleen and cory go out for about..a month, i think.
-i spend everyday crying about that, because of how much i love him..blah blah blah.
-jayleen breaks up with cory because of me..i thought she didn't like him anymore, so this happened:

cory called me and asked me out the same day as j+c broke up. love struck, i say yes and we start going out.

then on monday, jayleen is mad.
"i thought you were over him! i thought you didn't like him, and that's why you guys broke up!" -me
"NO! i broke up because i wanted the drama to end!" -jayleen
i love cory to death..anyways, here's what happened next:

jayleen started telling me like 5 guys she liked, NOT INCLUDING CORY. then this ugly fat kid [no offense to anybody] starts liking her, and they start going out. WELL, she started talking about him ALL the time, which notified me that she really liked him. but then lately..she wrote a REALLY long note to shane [this one kid] telling her how i sorta betrayed her, and how she still loves cory, but in a nice way :D she let me read it..we're best friends. [SISTERS! ;; we signed a paper thing..] and now i dunno what to do! i LOVE CORY! [idc if i'm young, i LOVE him!] and i love jayleen like a sister, even after everything thats happened. PLEASE HELP! what do i do? she wants me to break up with him..but what do i do?!

If she is as close as a sister then she will understand. Just tell her how you feel about him and how you've always felt about him. she should understand but at the same time you have to understand that she is going through the same thing. she could love cory and this could be hurting her the way it was hurting you when the two of them were together. I always think it's better to choose family over some guy but if he is that important to you, jayleen will understand.

lol. There is nothing for you to do. You obviously think you know everything already, hence your adverse reaction to people trying to explain that you are too young. You like the drama. So you need to juggle your best friend with the guy you both like for as long as it takes for everyone involved to hate each other. Have fun while grade school lasts, after it you will have nothing left but the celebrity tabloids.

ok first of all take a breate and chill...talk to her about it make sure she knows that you completely and totally LOVE him and you never felt this way before...shes your bestfriend shell want you to be happy so just talk to her...dont talk to him about it because that usually makes guys feel REALLY bad and then they usually say something like well i dont want to be the reason for your friendship with your bffl end so dont go there just talk to HER!!!!!!!!!!

You are causing more undo drama in your life then is really neccessary. Before you know it you will both be pg with cory jr and cory II - and Cory's a** will be off with Mellisa. blah blah blah

I'm a good decade and some change older then you, and so hopefully you find this helpful. First of all, you reminded me of how Jr. HS/HS is a 3 ring circus! I stayed away from most of the drama, but I heard my fair share of stories like this. You have to ask yourself one question and really answer it, because seventh grade is far too young (I'm sorry): Do you really love him? That's a distinction that not even most adults can make, trust me on this. Second of all, if you really do love him, are you willing to lose your friend ("sister" you stated) over him?? So many adolescent girls cry their hearts out, only to laugh at themselves in adulthood over supposed dilemmas like this. Personally this is far too much drama in my opinion. You have many years ahead of you, many opportunities to love and develop relationships. Find a "broken" adult woman and I'll find you her younger counterpart. Don't develop unhealthy dating and or relationship habits so early, they'll only cause you great pain in the end. Bottom line, this is a sticky situation period. You need to make a clean break and come up for some air and sanity. Any relationship guru would tell you 90 days. If you still feel strongly towards the young man and he feels the same, by all means continue the relationship. How this would effect your relationship with your "sister," I don't know, only time will tell. Keep an open dialogue with her and thoroughly express your emotions toward the situation and allow her to express hers. I wish you the best of luck.

Well it's not like you're gonna marry cory or anything- you'll have many boyfriends and its just not worth it to chose a guy over a friend. Jayleen broke up with Cory for you, don't you owe her that same respect? It's really not worth it to fight over a guy- and since you and Jayleen are such good friends now maybe it's because everything happens for a reason and Cory brought you two together. I think Jayleen made a good decision by breaking up with Cory to avoid drama. Let's be mature girls!
