Quick Creatine Question.?

I just bought a creatine powder but instead of regular creatine, it is called creadrive. It has creatine mixed with other supplements all in one. I am curious as to know if you take creatine the days you are working out, do you also take it on your off days. I work out monday, tuesday, free day wednesday, thursday, and friday. Should I still take it wednesday or not? Also, is it absolutely necessary to do the loading face of creatine? Any other suggestions or comments are appreciated. I already know I have to drink 12 cups of water a day, so I have something to look forward too :).

Anybody know anything about creadrive at all? If you do, leave a comment also.

I took creadrive about 4 years ago. It was ok but for the money, good old monohydrate does the same thing for half the price. As far as loading, if you have been using creatine already, then no. But if you have never used it before, then it won't hurt. If you don't, it will just take longer for it to reach its full effect. I don't take it on my off days, but I workout 5 days a week. If you do need to load, take at least 5 grams on sat. and 5 grams on sun. Do this for a couple of weeks, and then you can skip your off days. By then you'll have enough in your system so missing a day or two won't hurt anything.

Drink it twice a day untill you see how your body reacts to it. I only take it once a day, in my post workout shake (5 grams), but I've been taking it for years.
