I can't get over my fear!!! plz help!!!?

I went 2 a nature park called fern forest with 2 of mi friendz and mi mom dropped us off there was this guy staring at us. We thought nothing of it so we went into the park. We went 2 a restricted access of the park and then we went back on the regular trail we walked about 15 steps forward and we looked up and we saw the same guy staring at us. He was weird looking..we ran 2 the other end of the park. we were on a board walk nd we turned around for 10seconds and wen we looked forward he was right there staring at us. We went to tell the park ranger that we were being followed and he called the copz. the copz said that he had a book and he was writing poetry the guy wouldn't let the copz see the rest of the notebook.I couldnt sleep the rest of the night. I woke up in the morning and went to the library park with 1 of mi friendz that came with me the day b4 nd mi friend wakeen. Hes like16 nd hes like that old man over there is staring at you nd ifreaked out.I cant sleep at all! help me!

My friend Wakeen has also recently mentioned that whenever he is around me that he see's older guyz staring at me really weird.......I don't know wat 2 do about this!!!!!!

i understand how you are feeling and what you need to do is just be careful of your surroundings and always be on the look out for strange people. there are a lot of people out there that may seem like they are starring at you but in actuality they may be looking at something coincidently in the same direction. then you have to think about it you was at a nature park and some people like myself i write poetry and i go to parks and see different things that get my attention so at times i feel like i am starring at people but i am just in deep thought. but if everytime you looked up he was there you did the right thing by going to the ranger and calling the police but just think and be careful because this day and time it is very dangerous and it is hard to really judge people and you can 't be nice like you used to

You told the cops...Just stay away from the nature park...that is the best thing...and just get busy doing other things,,,,you will soon forget about it...HOPEFULLY...

i understand that you're really shaken, but think you will be back to normal within a week or two. just feel open and free to talk about it with family and friends, and don't let people make fun of you, it was scary.

You need to talk to your parents about this and tell them your fears.

What is wrong with you? Maybe you shouldn't be going to the park alone and you should instead stay home and practice your grammar, cause it sucks. Oh, and get over yourself, he was just a man in the park. Not necessarily a molester. Don't freak kid, I'm sure it's no big deal, alright. Just take a breath.
