How do you make an Aquarius Man move forward in to a relationship or even ask me out on a 2nd date?

What's wrong with Aquarius Man? We both have a strong attraction for each other...and there seems to be a problem with him...we dated on 12/30 since then we talk on the phone
my job is days (Lease Agent) his job is nights (Paramedic) but still there some free days we could have seen each other....But he doen't seem to get it to his head...
On 1/22 Tuesday his celerates his birthday...and just because his cousins invited him to a dinner he chooses to be with them , when I asked "when would I see you?" he said I will call you on that day on my birthday. What's wrong with him? If I didn't like him so much I would have never waited.
He seems to be so afraid to get into a relationship (He is 43yrs and I am 35yrs) but in the other hand We call each other and keep in touch. Today he told me he will go with his friends after the super-ball at a cazino in Atlantic City NJ...
I start to wonder if I should be patient of move-on.
How can I pull this Aquarius man towards me?

Yeah, Aquarian men are the hardest to get to commit. One broke my heart to pieces, for exactly the same type of foolishness-- games, games, more games even though you know he has feelings for you. Your best bet is to give up. Especially if he is 43 and still dating. He doesn't seem to be interested in being tied down, that is just their nature. Find a Cancer instead.
