Does anyone have any Ideas?

Hello,

I live in a city with two colleges and a very large highschool. Furthermore there is a large community of "artsy/organic" people living here as well. The city has a lot of charm and even more potential. Ten years ago it was a dump and now little boutique shops and businesses are popping up along with an influx of upper middle class citizens. Not one business in the last three years has gone under (due to lack of business anyway).

Sadly I have noticed that there are no recreation or personalized services in town. Specifically catering to the target crowds I have mentioned above.

My question is: As a High school or College student in a relatively urban setting, what kind of business/service would you like to have available to you? There are enough bars and pizza joints in the area so I would like to target something else. Any Ideas?

I wish...would deliver...

A green or organic diner, perhaps?

Ooh, or a make your own ice cream sundae bar and lounge...never underestimate the drawing power of ice cream during exam time.
