What can I do that I never get paid from the boss?

I was work in a private house for the housekeeper for about two weeks. Then when I quit, they did not pay me. ( I never get paid from them, because that was my first two week) I had been to the Labor of the commissioner for help, but they only service for the business. And I also had been to the Justice Court, they are not really can help me to get the money back, too. So what can I do ?

You can try and embarrass the people in to paying you. Tell them you will be contacting their neighbors to see if they now where any of their past housekeepers are because you wan to see if they stiffed them too---just be careful you do not want to harass them.

You need to file in small claims court. This requires filling out a form and paying a filing fee. You will also need to serve a summons upon your previous employers. You can do this in person, or pay to have a service or Marshall do it for you.
When your court date comes up, state your case and provide any documentation that supports your claim. If the previous employers don't show up to court, you can file for a default judgment. Essentially it means you win by default.
If you get a judgment and they STILL don't pay, take the judgment to the Marshall's Department and place a lien on their house. If they still don't pay, the state sells their house at an auction, gives you the money you are owed, and your previous employers get the rest.
