If I wanted to go into business, is there a job in any of the armed forces that would help prepare me?

Any branch will cover all college expences, I woudl study big for the ASVAB(talk to your recruiter about this) There are books that can be purchased just for this test, it is as important as the ACT in civillian life. Trust me Any service Is good. If your very athletic: Marines, If you like the water:Navy, If you like to fly: Air force, there is also the army for general. If you want something short term: National Guard or Army Reserves. As for the position you are seeking i would suggest any position wil give the skills you seek, when employers in the civilian world see military in your background they will give you the job over someone who was not in the military, of course you cant be dishonorably discharged
