Refunds on services performed, ie haircut? |
when someone is unhappy with a haircut and asks for a refund back, and threatens to stop payment, is this even legal?? people can actually stop payment just b/c they are unhappy and there are no laws against that? They can refuse to give a refund, but they would normally try to fix whats wrong if it can be gone or give you a rain check for a free haircut next time. It sounds like you may have burned that bridge of a rain check, but if you wrote a check, get to the bank on Tues morning and request a stop payment. There is a fee to have that done and the fee is set be each individual bank. If you decide to stop payment, I wouldn't go back to the same place next time to get your hair cut. You're going to walk out of there with a Mohawk. |
