Online business? I have to pay taxes if working from another country? |
I have an online business working from Argentina (South Amercia) to Australia and England offering a service of tech support online. I will like to offer this service in the US as well. The people that will use the service have to pay by credit or debit card with paypal. I will like to know if have to pay taxes or not as I am not a resident of the US and if i have to have any business certification??. How can I do all these?. Regarding the answers, I am a citizen from Argentina. How I should apply to pay taxes?? If you are a US Citizen you would pay US tax (with some exclusions) on all of your worldwide income. If you are not a US citizen you pay tax on all income earned in the US and may well have tax obligations to other countries in which you earn money. If you are a citizen of the U.S., even if you live in Argentina, you are still required to pay U.S. tax on all your income, from anywhere in the world. Why pay taxes? Wesley Snipes didn't. |
