Online business? I have to pay taxes if working from another country?

I have an online business working from Argentina (South Amercia) to Australia and England offering a service of tech support online. I will like to offer this service in the US as well. The people that will use the service have to pay by credit or debit card with paypal. I will like to know if have to pay taxes or not as I am not a resident of the US and if i have to have any business certification??. How can I do all these?.

If you are a US Citizen you would pay US tax (with some exclusions) on all of your worldwide income. If you are not a US citizen you pay tax on all income earned in the US and may well have tax obligations to other countries in which you earn money.

If you are a citizen of the U.S., even if you live in Argentina, you are still required to pay U.S. tax on all your income, from anywhere in the world.

If you are a citizen of Argentina, then I do not know the answer.
